OUR MENU

We are expanding our menu this year and opening for lunch at 12:00 p.m. and dinner until 7:30 p.m. on Friday through Monday and Thursday from 4:00 until 7:30. We'll be at the Farmer's Market on Tuesday (4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.). We are closed on Wednesday. Please check our menu board for the daily offerings as we are not able to provide the full menu everyday. Items marked "When Available" are offered only on certain days. Sales tax is added to the price. Thank you for your support!

APPETIzER,

salad and sandwich

fresh spring rolls $11.50+tax

Our spring rolls are made fresh daily. They include rice wrappers, rice noodle, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, green onion, mint (when available) chicken, and shrimp. Served with homemade peanut dipping sauce.

banh mi sandwich-when available $12.00+tax

Our Banh Mi Sandwiches are made fresh daily and will be on our menu in limited supply. We took this classic Vietnamese sandwich and packed it with flavor! A baquette with chicken, curry and green onion mayo, tamarind sauce, pickled carrot and daikon radish, cucumber, and cilantro.

A delicious salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot, and served with sesame ginger dressing.

ENTREES

Pad thai $15.50+tax

A classic rice noodle stir fry with chicken and shrimp, cooked with Paan's own pad thai sauce (fish sauce, tamarind, onion, soybean, oyster and soy sauces, other herbs and spices) and fresh mung bean sprouts, served with crushed peanuts.

(Occasionally we might need to substitute lettuce for mung bean.)

khao soi

This delicious noodle dish is full of flavor! Khao Soi is a traditional Northern curry with chicken, special curries, fresh ground ginger, onion, green onion, garlic, lemongrass, and served with crispy noodles. We searched the North of Thailand for the best Khao Soi and when we found the best, Loong Praket shared his secrets with Paan and she improved on his recipe!

pad woon sen (glass noodles)

This stir fry noodle dish is a favorite for everyone! Glass noodles (made from mung bean), with chicken and shrimp, tomato, cabbage, carrot, and spring onion with Paan’s homemade spices and sauce. (Not spicy.)

panang curry $14.50+tax

A delicious mildly spicy curry dish with chicken, panang curry, and bell pepper, cooked in coconut cream and served over jasmine rice. A Thai classic!

green curry

A spicy curry dish with chicken, green curry, bell pepper and bamboo shoots, cooked in coconut cream and served over jasmine rice.

Tender marinated pork cooked in a mildly spiced tomato sauce with onion, bell pepper, mushroom, and pineapple. Served with jasmine rice. An Ely favorite.

honey pork

Yes, it really is pork cooked with honey. Tender pork marinated with honey, garlic, cilantro, coriander seed, soy sauce, and oyster sauce cooked in a wok and pressure cooked, served with sweet potato and thick noodles. (Not spicy.) Our original recipe! Served with jasmine rice.

Marinated chicken cooked in our own homemade satay sauce. A classic Thai street food - except we eliminate the skewers. Served with jasmine rice and peanut sauce. One of our most popular dishes-not spicy.

kra pao moo

This ground pork, garlic, and thai basil is so favorite it's known in Thailand as holy basil. A staple in Thailand. Served with jasmine rice. (A little spicy and oh so good!)
